Synopsis: Yagami-kun's Family Affairs

The plot of Yagami-kun's Family Affairs follows the life of Yūji Yagami, a high school student with a unique predicament. Yūji's mother, Nomi, appears exceptionally youthful, leading Yūji to develop a crush on her. His homeroom teacher also shares the same sentiment towards Nomi, worsening Yūji's complex emotions. Despite this, Nomi remains oblivious to their infatuation, remaining devoted to her husband Yōji, whom she openly displays affection for, causing Yūji great embarrassment. Additionally, Yūji faces bullying from his peers due to his "mother complex." However, the narrative takes a surprising turn when Yūji receives a box of chocolates on Valentine's Day from Masayuki Ikari, who his friends mock relentlessly. Despite the teasing, Yūji meets Masayuki, a young woman, and the two start walking home, leading to the beginnings of an amorous relationship. As their love grows, Yūji strives to overcome his "mother complex," leading to subsequent personal conflict. The remainder of the story follows their romantic development and challenges.
