Amidst worries about COVID, the biggest musical celebrity on O'ahu is currently Dua Lipa. Jodio Joestar, a fifteen-year-old islander, lives with his mother and brother and earns a living by dealing illegal substances. When Jodio's boss informs him of an incredibly valuable diamond that has just arrived in Hawaii via a Japanese person, Jodio sees it as a once-in-a-lifetime chance to steal it with the help of his stand abilities.
