Synopsis: Cyborg Roggy

A decade past, the populace was acquainted with "augmentation parts," synthetic biological implants. Unbeknownst to all, the consequences of these enhancements would spawn utter pandemonium. Witnessing the destruction wrought by "augs," or cyborg felons, politicians and police stood idly by. "Kaizou Ningen Roggy," a tale of a pilot, is vividly displayed in Volume 1 and Volume 2.
